Frankfurt (Oder). Das IHP – Leibniz-Institut für Innovative Mikroelektronik in Frankfurt (Oder) wird Teil der Forschungsfabrik Mikroelektronik Deutschland. Dafür erhält das IHP bis 2029 rund 33 Millionen Euro.
